At L-Sportrings, we are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will support you through a transparent and hassle-free return or refund process.

1. General Return & Refund Policy

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests made after this period.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

2. Non-Returnable or Partially Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund (if applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless they are defective or damaged during shipping).

  • Gift cards.

3. Return Process

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved: Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

5. Gift Return Policy

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
